Verona Keating | Co-Founder
Verona is a trusted independent school admissions advisor who guides families through the complexities of school admissions. With past experience as the Director of Admissions at a Greenwich, CT, private school, she helps families find the right private day school, boarding school, or public school district in Fairfield County, Westchester County, and beyond. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at The Mead School in Stamford, CT, contributing to the school’s mission and governance.
Verona’s student-centered approach focuses on identifying strengths, developing application narratives, and preparing students for interviews and essays. She frequently visits schools to provide families with firsthand insights on programs, culture, and opportunities.
Having lived and worked in London and Tokyo, Verona brings a global perspective to education and relocation. She holds a BA from Trinity College Dublin, has a background in public relations and marketing, and is confident in French and Italian. She is a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and is also a member of the Enrollment Management Association (EMA).
Based in Greenwich, CT, Verona lives with her husband and two dogs. A proud mother of three adult children who went through the local private and public school systems, she understands the significance of selecting the right academic path, one that nurtures a student’s strengths, interests, and long-term goals.
Jacquie Quigley | Co-Founder
After years at an independent school in Fairfield County as the Director of Secondary School Counseling, Jacquie returned to her roots as an independent educational consultant. While working in schools, she gained an insider’s view of the admissions process, inspiring her to build a secondary school program that was student-centered and holistic.
Jacquie gets to know her students academically, socially, and emotionally, which enables her to position them for success. Her sincere and nurturing ways have helped her foster lasting ties with her students and their families. Through the years, she has developed strong relationships with admissions professionals at independent day and boarding schools throughout the United States. These relationships, along with a deep knowledge of the school programs, enable her to achieve a positive outcome for her students.
A longtime Fairfield County resident and mother of three grown children, Jacquie now sees that her passion for school admissions started in her own home. Having children who attended both public and private schools has had a profound effect on her professional life and interaction with students.
Jacquie has a BA and MBA from Adelphi University. She began her professional journey in the Xerox sales management training program and ultimately enjoyed a long career in marketing at Dreyfus Mutual Funds. She speaks Spanish fluently and is a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and the Enrollment Management Association (EMA).

Julia was born in the United Kingdom. A graduate of the London School of Economics, she worked in finance before taking a career break to raise her family. She moved from the UK to Greenwich, CT, 18 years ago with her husband and four young children.
With over 12 years of experience in relocation and real estate, Julia understands the complexities of moving internationally. Her personal relocation journey enables her to empathize with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support for a smooth and stress-free transition. Julia’s extensive knowledge of Westchester and Fairfield Counties allows her to assist clients with every aspect of the relocation process, and she is passionate about sharing her enthusiasm for the area.
Anne O’Reilly Connerty | College Coach & Essay Specialist
Anne is a lifelong educator passionate about unlocking the potential in every learner. With a focus on igniting curiosity and fostering engagement, she empowers students to achieve their academic and personal aspirations.
Anne specializes in college coaching and provides expert guidance on college application essays, helping students articulate their unique stories and strengths. Her extensive experience in classroom teaching, literacy coaching, and curriculum design equips her with the insights needed to drive student success. She holds a BA in English with a minor in Psychology from the University of Vermont and a Master’s from Columbia University Teachers College.
As an avid reader, Anne thrives on the written and spoken word, integrating this passion into her coaching. When not strategizing for clients, she enjoys outdoor adventures with family and friends. Anne is also an Associate Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA).
